Change of Address

Before Shipping: Reach out to us by email support@hachimicos.com. We will assist you in updating the correct address, and this service does not incur any charges

After Shipping: We will provided your email and/or mobile number on the air waybill, you will receive a notification that allows you to make delivery changes, if necessary. Please note that this option is not applicable if your shipment is addressed to a company with the company name specified on the air waybill.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Hachimicos ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will be sent a Shipment Confirmation Email as soon as your order is shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Damages

We are responsible for any products that may be damaged or lost during shipping.

  1. If your order arrives damaged or If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible.

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 7-10 work days for the investigation.

Note: Remember to retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.

1. What happens if my order is delayed?

If there is a delay in delivery for any reason, we will promptly inform you and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

2. Are duties and taxes applicable if I purchase my goods online?

The prices advertised on hachimicos do not include duty or tax. So be aware and watch out for any additional charges at the time of import.

3. Who has to pay duties and taxes?

Typically, there are two methods for settling payments with the authorities. The first option entails the recipient directly paying any duties and taxes to the authorities, typically upon importation. Depending on the revenue procedures or declaration types of the importing country or territory, payment may be deferred or postponed. Unless under special customs-authorized procedures, duty taxes are due at the time of importation and must be remitted to the authorities.

Alternatively, FedEx can handle payment of duties and taxes to the authorities on behalf of the recipient. Subsequently, we invoice the recipient for this payment along with an advancement/disbursement/handling service fee.

4. I wasn't home when FedEx tried to deliver my package. How can I request a redelivery?

In most cases, FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to the shipper. In case a courier is unable to leave your package, the courier will try to call you to check your availability and attempt the delivery.

5. I don't understand the route my shipment is taking. The city where my shipment is being scanned doesn’t appear to be on the correct route. Should I be concerned?

While en route to their final destination, shipments often pass through regional sorting facilities for efficient organization and distribution. These hubs may not reflect the most direct path from origin to destination.

6. How do I check the status of my package?

Go to hachimicos Tracking, enter your tracking number and click "Track"

7. My package status has remained the same for some time. Is the delivery going to be delayed?

Don't worry if your package status doesn't change for over 24 hours! FedEx will update their system at key points during your shipment's journey. Rest assured, your package is still making its way to you.

8. Can I cancel my order after shipped?

Your item can be canceled before it ships, but not after it's shipped. You can only contact us after receiving the item to cancel the refund and return all the items you have received to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

9. How long do you take to answer requests?

We answer in a fast delay of 24 hours. From Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am - 18:00 pm (UTC+08:00)

10 Why is my tracking status saying delivered but I have not yet received my packaging?

 In this case you would need to contact your local Postal Office to make sure that packaging was not left there when no one was home to receive it or was left at your Parcel Locker, for example.
